PLEASE NOTE our hours for picking up and dropping off animals are Mon-Sat. 0930-1100 and 1500-1630 and 1700-17.30 on Sun. We are aware that delays can occur with any travel arrangements. If we have sufficient notice, we try to be flexible and arrange collection of animals after 16:30 (17.30 on Sundays). It must be stressed that this flexibility CAN NOT be guaranteed.
